Car tout ce qui para\u00eet robuste n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment adapt\u00e9 aux environnements critiques.<\/p>\n<h3>Qu\u2019entend-on par \u00e9clairage industriel?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>L\u2019\u00e9clairage industriel<\/strong> d\u00e9signe les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019\u00e9clairage con\u00e7us pour des environnements tels que les usines, entrep\u00f4ts, ateliers, tunnels, zones logistiques ou locaux techniques. Leur fonction est de garantir une visibilit\u00e9 ad\u00e9quate, une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et une durabilit\u00e9 dans des conditions exigeantes: temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, humidit\u00e9, poussi\u00e8re, chocs ou cycles d\u2019utilisation prolong\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les luminaires sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9tanches (IP65 ou sup\u00e9rieur)<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9sistants aux chocs (IK08 ou IK10)<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9quip\u00e9s de technologie LED pour maximiser les \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/li>\n<li>Con\u00e7us pour faciliter la maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ils peuvent \u00e9galement int\u00e9grer des d\u00e9tecteurs de pr\u00e9sence, une r\u00e9gulation automatique ou faire partie de syst\u00e8mes de gestion centralis\u00e9e, notamment dans des environnements ax\u00e9s sur l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et la digitalisation.<\/p>\n<h3>Qu\u2019est-ce que l\u2019\u00e9clairage pour atmosph\u00e8res explosives?<\/h3>\n<p>Les zones ATEX sont des environnements dans lesquels des gaz, vapeurs, poussi\u00e8res ou brouillards inflammables peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents en concentration suffisante pour former un m\u00e9lange explosif avec l\u2019air.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ces environnements, l\u2019\u00e9clairage doit<strong> respecter strictement la directive europ\u00e9enne ATEX 2014\/34\/UE<\/strong>, ce qui implique une conception, une fabrication et une certification sp\u00e9cifiques afin d\u2019\u00e9viter que le luminaire lui-m\u00eame ne devienne une source d\u2019inflammation.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les principales caract\u00e9ristiques techniques, on retrouve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La protection par enveloppe ou par composants. Dans la protection par enveloppe, on trouve notamment les syst\u00e8mes antid\u00e9flagrants ou \u00e0 respiration restreinte; dans la protection par composants, des solutions telles que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e, l\u2019encapsulation, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Une dissipation thermique ma\u00eetris\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019absence de points chauds externes<\/li>\n<li>Une certification par un organisme notifi\u00e9, avec marquage CE et num\u00e9ro de certificat<\/li>\n<li>Le choix de mat\u00e9riaux sp\u00e9cifiques r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la corrosion et aux environnements chimiques agressifs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces luminaires ne doivent pas seulement r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des conditions extr\u00eames, mais \u00e9galement <strong>\u00e9viter toute production d\u2019\u00e9tincelles ou de surfaces chaudes<\/strong> susceptibles de d\u00e9clencher une explosion.<\/p>\n<h4>Principales diff\u00e9rences entre l\u2019\u00e9clairage industriel et l\u2019\u00e9clairage ATEX<\/h4>\n<p>Bien qu\u2019ils puissent sembler similaires \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue \u2014 tous deux robustes, \u00e0 technologie LED et \u00e9tanches \u2014 les diff\u00e9rences entre un luminaire industriel conventionnel et un luminaire ATEX sont profondes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conception et construction<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Industriel: orient\u00e9 vers la r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>ATEX<strong>:<\/strong> con\u00e7u pour contenir ou emp\u00eacher les explosions internes et pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des exigences r\u00e9glementaires sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Certification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Industriel<strong>:<\/strong> peut pr\u00e9senter des indices IP ou IK \u00e9lev\u00e9s, sans certification sp\u00e9cifique autre que le marquage CE standard.<\/li>\n<li>ATEX<strong>:<\/strong> n\u00e9cessite un marquage CE conforme \u00e0 la directive 2014\/34\/UE, avec l\u2019identification du type de protection, du groupe, de la cat\u00e9gorie et de la zone.
