En Espagne, cette avanc\u00e9e se concr\u00e9tise d\u00e9j\u00e0 par des investissements et des projets de grande envergure, ce qui multiplie la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de concevoir les installations selon des crit\u00e8res ATEX d\u00e8s l&rsquo;origine.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage devient un \u00e9l\u00e9ment technique de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, et non une d\u00e9cision secondaire.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne appartient au <strong>Groupe IIC<\/strong>, le niveau le plus exigeant de la classification ATEX, en raison de sa faible \u00e9nergie d&rsquo;inflammation et de son comportement particuli\u00e8rement volatil. Cette combinaison fait que m\u00eame de petites fuites peuvent g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une atmosph\u00e8re explosive si l&rsquo;installation n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 correctement con\u00e7ue. Dans ce contexte, chaque d\u00e9cision de conception compte et doit r\u00e9pondre au m\u00eame niveau d&rsquo;exigence technique op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n<h3>Pourquoi les usines d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne sont-elles si exigeantes?<\/h3>\n<p>Parler du <strong>Groupe IIC<\/strong> revient \u00e0 parler de l&rsquo;environnement ATEX le plus s\u00e9v\u00e8re pour les gaz. Cette cat\u00e9gorie inclut des substances comme l&rsquo;ac\u00e9tyl\u00e8ne, en plus de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, qui n\u00e9cessitent des \u00e9quipements sp\u00e9cifiquement con\u00e7us pour \u00e9viter qu&rsquo;une \u00e9tincelle, une surface chaude ont un d\u00e9faut d&rsquo;isolement ne devienne une source d&rsquo;inflammation.<\/p>\n<p>Cet aspect est critique, car les gaz apparenant \u00e0 ce groupe pr\u00e9sentent de tr\u00e8s faibles \u00e9nergies minimales d&rsquo;inflammation allant de 90\u00baC pour le disulfure de carbone \u00e0 560\u00baC pour l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, en passant par 305\u00baC pour l&rsquo;ac\u00e9tyl\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Toutes ces informations prospres \u00e0 chaque installation obligent \u00e0 chaque installation obligent \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler avec pr\u00e9cision la temp\u00e9rature de surface de tout \u00e9quipement install\u00e9. Dans la pratique, cela concerne directement le luminaire, mais aussi les bo\u00eetes, les presse-\u00e9toupes et les accesoires.<\/p>\n<p>Un produit adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres gaz n&rsquo;est pas toujours valable pour l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il dispose d&rsquo;un marquage ATEX. En plus de sa temp\u00e9rature d&rsquo;inflammation et de son extr\u00eame volatilit\u00e9, il faut tenir compte du fait que l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne est extr\u00eamement difficile \u00e0 contenir dans les r\u00e9servoirs et que des fuites, m\u00eame minimes, sont toujouts susceptibles d&rsquo;\u00eatre pr\u00e9sentes.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment s&rsquo;applique le zonage ATEX?<\/h3>\n<p>Le zonage d\u00e9finit les endroits o\u00f9 une atmosph\u00e8re explosive peut appara\u00eetre et avec quelle fr\u00e9quence. En termes simples, la <strong>Zone 0<\/strong> correspond aux zones o\u00f9 la pr\u00e9sence de gaz est continue ou tr\u00e8s prolong\u00e9e; la <strong>Zone 1<\/strong>, \u00e0 celles o\u00f9 il peut appara\u00eetre dans des conditions normales d&rsquo;exploitation; et la <strong>Zone 2<\/strong>, \u00e0 celle o\u00f9 il ne serait pr\u00e9sent que de mani\u00e8re occasionnelle ou normale.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une usine d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, les \u00e9lectrolyseurs, les zones de stockage et les points de transfert ne pr\u00e9sentent pas le m\u00eame comportement du point de vue ATEX. Cela oblige \u00e0 adapter le luminaire \u00e0 la zone concern\u00e9e: il n&rsquo;est pas \u00e9quivalent d&rsquo;\u00e9clairer un p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur ou une zone technique situ\u00e9e \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un point de fuite potentiel.<\/p>\n<p>Bien choisir la zone est aussi important que bien choisir l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement.<\/p>\n<h3>Que doit respecter un luminaire destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne?<\/h3>\n<p>Un luminaire adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne doit \u00eatre certifi\u00e9 pour le Groupe II, est pas seulement pour une cat\u00e9gorie ATEX g\u00e9n\u00e9rique. Il doit \u00e9galement int\u00e9grer une <strong>classe de temp\u00e9rature<\/strong> coh\u00e9rente avec la temp\u00e9rature d&rsquo;auto-inflammation du gaz et avec la marge de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 exig\u00e9e dans le projet.<\/p>\n<p>Le mode de protection est \u00e9galement important: des solutions comme <strong>Ex db, Ex eb ou Ex ec<\/strong> peuvent \u00eatre adapt\u00e9es selon la zone et la conception de l&rsquo;installation. \u00c0 cela s&rsquo;ajoute le degr\u00e9 de protection contre la poussi\u00e8re, l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 et le lavage, pour lequel <strong>l&rsquo;IP66<\/strong> constitue g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence solide dans l&rsquo;industrie et est obligatoire pour Ex db, par exemple.<\/p>\n<p>Installer un luminaire hors sp\u00e9cification n&rsquo;ajoute pas seulement un risque op\u00e9rationnel; cela compromet \u00e9galement la conformit\u00e9 l\u00e9gale de l&rsquo;installation.<\/p>\n<p>Erreurs \u00e0 \u00e9viter<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Confondre IIA ou IIB avec IIC<\/strong>. Un \u00e9quipement valable pour d&rsquo;autres gaz n&rsquo;est pas automatiquement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne<\/li>\n<li><strong>Choisir une classe de temp\u00e9rature insuffisante<\/strong>. Si la temp\u00e9rature de surface ne laisse pas une marge de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 suffisante, le risque augmente inutilement<\/li>\n<li><strong>Utiliser des luminaires \u00ab\u00a0ATEX\u00a0\u00bb sans v\u00e9rifier le marquage comple<\/strong>t. La certification doit indiquer clairement leur validit\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, avec un marquage IIB+H2 ou IIC<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ignorer la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des installations ext\u00e9rieures<\/strong>.
