Last Friday, November 21st, Airfal released its new corporate video, showing its proudest achievement: Corporate Social Responsibility.
This video describes Airfal’s CSR work based on three main pillars, described in order of importance to the organisation: social and labour inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities, staff welfare and the circular economy.
Since its beginnings, Airfal has collaborated with different foundations that work with the intellectually disabled, through occupational workshops to which it sends semi-finished material for assembly and manufacture. Airfal currently collaborates with 9 foundations and has generated around 150 jobs including workers and supervisors of these workshops. In addition, over the years, Airfal has integrated within its facilities an occupational workshop of the King Ardid Foundation, where 8 people attend daily and their instructor, as well as a Ceserpi Work Enclave, where 6 people and their supervisor work.
The entire Airfal staff is very proud of the work being done and the whole team is part of it.
