ATEX floodlights: maximum safety where access is limited

iluminacion-maritima-naval

Our ATEX floodlights feature a metal housing with rear fins that dissipate heat from the LED modules, together with a glass diffuser resistant to chemical products. This reduces the need for maintenance in hard-to-access installations.

They cover gas Zones 1 and 2 and dust Zones 21 and 22, with a mounting bracket for ceiling, wall or suspended installation. Extensive symmetrical, intensive or extensive asymmetrical optics are available depending on the project.

ATEX floodlights are high-power luminaires with metal housings and mounting brackets, equipped with LEDs and optical lenses to provide concentrated lighting in specific areas. Like other luminaires, floodlights must comply with ATEX regulations and undergo the entire certification process.

ATEX floodlights are used in industrial facilities that require high light output, especially in areas with high ceilings and limited access to luminaires, such as shipbuilding facilities, paint booths or port facilities.

What are the main features of ATEX floodlights?2026-09-25T13:06:10+02:00

ATEX floodlights are designed with housings featuring rear fins for efficient heat dissipation. They also feature a chemical-resistant glass diffuser and various LED optics that allow for wide, narrow or asymmetric light distribution, depending on the installation requirements.
These floodlights can be installed using a mounting bracket, on a wall or ceiling, or suspended from the rear of the luminaire.
